JANE INCAO
Independent Creative Arts Director / Graphic Designer & Print Production Expert

Jane Incao isn’t just a designer. She’s a creative force who’s been pushing boundaries in type, color, and print for decades. With a fearless eye for detail and a passion that never quits, Jane transforms ideas into design that commands attention. From branding and packaging to photo direction and magazine publishing, she’s done it all and set new standards along the way.

Her career started in print, where she pioneered metallic ink techniques before Pantone caught on and digitized entire production departments before the industry knew what hit it. She was designing digital nightclub invitations when everyone else was still working with X-Acto knives, paper and wax. Later, as co-founder and Creative Director of Philadelphia Style, she revolutionized magazine design by becoming the first in the U.S. and globally to design a magazine in Adobe InDesign.

In 2005, Jane co-founded York Design, bringing together a powerhouse collective of creatives to craft bold, unforgettable work. Today, she leads projects that span food packaging, lifestyle branding, photography and high-end print, always with the same edge, precision and artistry that set her apart from day one.

Beyond the studio, Jane’s creativity spills into the kitchen. A lifelong food lover, she’s collaborated with chefs, styled food shoots and continues to bring her culinary passion into her design work for food brands and markets.

Whether she’s building a brand, directing a photoshoot or obsessing over typography, Jane does it with authenticity, clarity and an eye for what’s next. She was born to create and she’s still raising the bar.

Jane is living la dolce vita, by design.
